This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your access and use of vocalove website and AI-powered service at https://vocalove.com. This document is incorporated into our Terms of Service. By accessing or using our service, you agree to follow all rules in this AUP.

vocalove provides AI portrait animation service: users upload portrait photos and select built-in TTS voices to generate warm talking-portrait short-videos for personal-use scenarios such as family memory keepsakes and digital greeting cards.

You are fully responsible for all photos, text inputs, and content you submit to our platform.

• You must own or hold proper explicit consent for every portrait photo you upload.
• If the photo shows another real identifiable person, you shall obtain that person's clear, informed, explicit consent before uploading.
• You shall comply with all applicable local, regional and international laws when you use our service.

You may use vocalove for lawful personal-non-commercial purposes:

• Create warm memory videos from portraits of yourself or family members with proper explicit consent
• Generate digital greeting cards, personal family storytelling videos

You are strictly forbidden to use our service for any of the following activities:

1. Impersonate, mislead or defraud any real individual. Do not generate videos to make a real person appear to say statements they never made for deceptive purposes.
2. Upload photos of third-party persons without their clear explicit consent. This includes celebrities, public figures and deceased individuals without proper authorization.
3. Create pornographic, sexually explicit, violent, hateful, discriminatory or abusive content.
4. Generate content for misinformation, political propaganda, election-related deception, scam or phishing activities.
5. Generate content involving minors in harmful, exploitative or inappropriate contexts.
6. Violate copyright, trademark or other intellectual-property rights.
7. Mass-automated scraping, spam generation, or abuse of our API / generation quota.
8. Any other purpose that violates applicable local laws.

If we detect any violation against this AUP, we reserve the right to:

• Reject your AI generation request
• Temporarily suspend or permanently terminate your user account
• Remove violating generated content
